Aerial Coaching, Built Around You

Maybe it's a trick that won't click, an act that isn't making you happy, or a creative rut you can't train your way out of. I provide personalized coaching in technique, artistry, and career development to help aerialists who want to train with more purpose.

Not Sure Where to Start?

More reps can help you, but the right feedback will get you there faster.

If you're not ready to commit to a 1:1 lesson just yet, I recommend starting with my free Aerial Creativity Workbook. It's a short introduction to how I think about movement, creativity, and fluidity in aerial work.

Before Your First Session

To keep coaching safe and simple for everyone, here's what happens before you get started:

Agreement & Release of Liability. Online aerial training carries inherent risk. Before your lesson, you'll be asked to read and agree to our Agreement and Release of Liability, which covers assumption of risk, responsibility for your home/studio training space, and a declaration of physical soundness. Booking a session confirms you've read and agree to these terms.

Intake Form. You'll also complete a short intake so I can prepare for your lesson, covering things like your goals for the session, your apparatus setup (pulley system vs. fixed height), and any injuries, pain, or physical limitations she should be aware of.
