Terms & Refund Policy

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Blacktrapeze's website, digital products, workshops, and 1:1 coaching services. By booking a session, purchasing a digital product, or using this site, you agree to these Terms.

Coaching Sessions & Workshops

All coaching sessions and online workshops are booked through this site; in-person workshops are booked through our partner studios. Session times and pricing are listed on the relevant booking or checkout page at the time of purchase.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand plans change. Here's how cancellations and rescheduling work:

1:1 Coaching Sessions: Cancellations or reschedule requests made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session are eligible for a full credit toward a future session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed sessions ("no-shows"), are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Workshops: All online workshop purchases are final and non-refundable. In-person workshops are booked through our partner studios' websites, and those studios' booking, cancellation, and refund policies apply.

Digital Products & Downloads

Workbooks, guides, and other digital downloads — including The Aerial Creativity Workbook — are delivered instantly upon purchase or signup. Because of their digital nature, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once the download link has been delivered. By completing your purchase you agree that you are buying digital content available to you immediately, and you waive any right of withdrawal or cancellation. If a file or link isn't working, email us and we'll make it right.

Refunds

Because coaching time and workshop spots are limited and reserved specifically for you, all sales are final except as described in the cancellation policy above. If something unexpected comes up — an injury, an emergency, anything — reach out to us directly and we'll do our best to work something out.

Assumption of Risk & Liability

Aerial arts, flexibility training, and movement coaching involve inherent physical risk, including the risk of serious injury. By booking a session, workshop, or class package, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

Before participating in any in-person session or workshop, you will be required to review and sign a liability waiver. Your booking is not confirmed, and you may not participate, until that waiver has been completed. The waiver, along with these Terms, forms the full agreement between you and Blacktrapeze regarding participation in physical sessions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blacktrapeze and Enya White are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in coaching sessions, workshops, or use of guidance provided in digital products. Digital products (workbooks, guides, and prompts) are educational in nature and are not a substitute for in-person instruction, medical advice, or professional supervision. Train within your ability, use professionally installed and inspected equipment, and consult a qualified coach and a physician as needed. You are responsible for your own safety.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or policies. The most current version will always be posted on this page, and continued use of this site or our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
