The C-Shape Roll

Live online workshop for hoop, sling and trapeze. Monday October 19, 2026 at 11am New York time. 90 minutes.

This is the 11am session. There's also a 2pm session on the same day, so pick the one that fits your schedule. Both cover the same material.

Your seat includes the workshop recording. It goes up in your Kajabi library after the session and it's yours to watch until Wednesday November 18, 2026. Want the drills too? At checkout you can add the full course for $45: the recording to keep, every drill as its own video lesson, and the guide to download (theory and drills).

What we'll cover

• The theory: the shelf, the four positions, what actually moves you, and the four places the roll breaks.
• The drill ladder: warm-up, floor and supported drills, then the roll on the apparatus at low height.
• Bar vs soft apparatus, and how to bail.
• It's live, so you can ask me all your questions.

Pre-requisites:

• Intermediate aerialists.
• You must be able to hold a 5 to 10 second hands-free back balance.

What you'll need

• Your apparatus rigged low, around hip height, with a mat underneath.
• A foam roller, a box or mat on a slippery floor, and a wall you can reach from the floor.
• Space to lie down with nothing around you.

Before you book

This workshop is recorded, and the recording becomes part of The Complete Course, which is sold after the workshop. By purchasing a seat you agree to appear in the session recording (video, audio, name, and chat) and to Blacktrapeze using and distributing it. Don't want to be in it? Keep your camera and mic off and use the chat. You can follow everything and still ask questions that way.

You train at your own risk. Aerial arts carry a real risk of injury. This is an online workshop: I can't see your setup, can't spot you, and nothing here replaces in-person coaching. You're responsible for your own safety, warm-up, space, equipment, rigging and using mats, and for respecting your own limits. If you're carrying an injury, check with a medical professional first. To the fullest extent permitted by law, by purchasing and attending you release Enya White and Blacktrapeze from any liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation or from your use of the drills shown.

You confirm you're 18 or older, or booking with the consent of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms for you.

Live seats aren't refundable. Your seat includes the recording, so if you can't make it live you can still watch the full workshop until Wednesday November 18, 2026. If I have to cancel or move the workshop, you choose: the new date or a full refund.
