Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Blacktrapeze's website, digital products, workshops, and 1:1 coaching services. By booking a session, purchasing a digital product, or using this site, you agree to these Terms.

Coaching Sessions & Workshops

All coaching sessions, workshops, and class packages are booked through this site. Session times, packages, and pricing are listed on the relevant booking or checkout page at the time of purchase.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand plans change. Here's how cancellations and rescheduling work:

1:1 Coaching Sessions: Cancellations or reschedule requests made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session are eligible for a full credit toward a future session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed sessions ("no-shows"), are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Workshops: Workshop spots are limited, so cancellations made at least 7 days before the workshop date are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future workshop. Cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop are non-refundable, though we're happy to help you transfer your spot to someone else if you let us know in advance.

Class Packages (5 & 10 Session Packs): Class packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated at checkout. Packages are non-refundable once purchased, and unused sessions expire at the end of the validity period. Individual sessions within a package follow the same 24-hour cancellation policy as single sessions.

Refunds

Because coaching time and workshop spots are limited and reserved specifically for you, all sales are final except as described in the cancellation policy above. If something unexpected comes up, an injury, an emergency, anything, reach out to us directly and we'll do our best to work something out.

Digital Products & Downloads

Workbooks, guides, and other digital downloads are delivered instantly upon purchase or signup. Because of their digital nature, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once the download link has been delivered.

Assumption of Risk & Liability

Aerial arts, flexibility training, and movement coaching involve inherent physical risk, including the risk of injury. By booking a session, workshop, or class package, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

Before participating in any in-person session or workshop, you will be required to review and sign a liability waiver. Your booking is not confirmed, and you may not participate, until that waiver has been completed. The waiver, along with these Terms, forms the full agreement between you and Blacktrapeze regarding participation in physical sessions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blacktrapeze and Enya White are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in coaching sessions, workshops, or use of guidance provided in digital products. Digital products (workbooks, guides, and prompts) are educational in nature and are not a substitute for in-person instruction, medical advice, or professional supervision.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or policies. The most current version will always be posted on this page, and continued use of this site or our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
